8 Ways to Self-Love

This week is all about self-love because before you can give to others, you have to properly know and learn how to love yourself first. Eight steps to self-love include:

1. Speak positivity into your life.
2. Take your health seriously.
3. Learn to from past mistakes. Learn to forgive those who have hurt you as well as yourself.
4. Eliminating toxic relationships.
5. Surround yourself with GOOD people and vibes.
6. Be grateful for what you have.
7. Celebrate your victories.
8. Stop comparing yourself to others.
