Dating Tip Tuesday: Gaslighting

So what is Gaslighting? It is making someone doubt their own thoughts, feelings, and actions so much that they do not trust their own judgement. An example would be when someone say’s to the other person, “I do not know what you are talking about,” or “you are just trying to confuse me.”

Here are some of the signs to tell if someone is gaslighting you:

• They will deny anything that you heard or saw them doing to make you seem like you are insane.
• They criticize you constantly.
• They will go in for reinforcements from your friends or your family.
• They blame you for everything
