Get the Heart Pumping with Endurance/Stamina Workouts

Stamina is the ability to sustain prolonged physical or mental effort; and endurance is the ability of an organism to exert itself and remain active for a long period of time, as well as its ability to resist, withstand, recover from, and have immunity to trauma, wounds, or fatigue. It is usually used in aerobic or anaerobic exercise.

Endurance and stamina workouts are perfect in keeping the heart healthy and pumping on a normal basis. These workouts may be hard for at first for those starting out, but you’ll feel much better after doing them.
