I NEED

I NEED consistency, legitimacy, reciprocity, transparency, community and unity…a brighter future, compared to elements of an embittered history.

I NEED diversity, sustainability, tranquility, a higher vibrational frequency, no absurdity, to just let it be and to be set free.

I NEED truth, justice and the humanitarian way, courage, discernment, to withstand this day….I NEED cooperation, no frustration, but forward movement…hell, a little honesty would be a BIG improvement.

I NEED direction, and protection, self-reflection and confession…no question. To see the things that pierce my soul, to let my inner strength and peace take control, because belief in myself is what I owe.

I NEED to dig down deep into that black hole, to illuminate whatever darkness still exists in my soul, for the sake of my healing I must insist, that every barrier to reach the end game, be checked off the list.

I NEED to be seen, ya’ll know what I mean?…because until we see ourselves and each other, all hopes, dreams and light will stay undiscovered.

I NEED someone to lean on when I can’t stand on my own, the support of a village so I don’t feel alone…heavy hearts need a place that they can call home, I pray to God that I’ll see the day where I’ve reaped what I’ve sown.

I NEED love unconditional, not something provisional that’s here today and gone tomorrow, I NEED you and you need me, so let’s be the change in the world that we’d all like to see and remember that we are all a part of the same family.
