Leadership: The Different Ways Men Lead

Most women assume that all men are interested in leading in one way, which is from the front. However, there are different ways of leadership.

Men who prefer to lead from the front usually prefers passive women, women who want to be led and want to follow. There is nothing wrong with that.

Men who lead from the back, usually prefer women that are more aggressive, but also know how to lean on the man for support. The man that leads from behind gives moral support, encouragement and provides stability for the woman.

Some men prefer to lead the woman with her along his side. These men want a comrade, a partner, a friend; that someone that will lead with them. They are not interested in being the front or the back.

Women need to know who they have. What kind of leader do you have and what kind of leader are you? You must know who you are in order to know what kind of man you have.
