Poetry Corner: Curves
In a world full of darkness,
I look deep for comfort.
I need more than a pretty face and a nice backside curve,
I need a brain too.
It seems rare in our society,
But not if you’re focused and show restraint,
I apologize if I’m impossible to satisfy,
But I refuse to curve my grading scale.
I look to you for my strength my guiding force,
Baby your smile is your best curve.
I’m attracted to the light that beautifully glows in you.
It’s only you,
No other woman could ever compare,
Their curves are no competition.
They could never do anything for me but fail.
