Red, White AND Blue…No Clue?

Red, White and Blue….No Clue? That these colors on the flag do not represent you. The idea of you was fleeting, for we were never meaning for you to be included in this land where WE intruded.

How do we really feel about you….no clue? We despise your very existence and want to be rid of you.

What is it that we think about you….no clue? That you’re trifling and lazy but our recollection is quite hazy because by the sweat of your brow and the snap of our whip, deep down we KNOW that you’re more than equipped.

Why can’t you get a job…no clue? Because we will do everything within our power, to continue to oppress you. We don’t care that you’re hungry and almost at wits end, for we are “superior”, we are not your friend.

Why do we just take whatever we want…no clue? Because if everyone had a fair shot, we know for certain that we would not be able to keep up with all the potential greatness that constantly would take our places. We don’t believe in ourselves, so we keep you down instead and play all kinds of tricks with your head.

Why do we get away with killing you….no clue? Because the laws that were written are for us not for you. The freedom to march peacefully, in protest to take a knee, are rights of ours exclusively not yours, but for everyone who looks like me.

Why do we put your women down…..no clue? Because, indeed beauty IS in the eye of the beholder and beauty is all we see. When we look at their lips and the curve of their hips and the way that they walk and the strength in words that they talk, we know that we cannot compete, so we do our best to make them feel incomplete.

Red, White and Blue….No Clue? The colors on the flag do not represent you. We KNOW who you are and for that, we hate you.
