She’s been out of the scene for a minute working hard on her new album under her new label Def Jam, and I couldn’t be anymore pleased with her album. She definitely delivered with this new project.

Tamia’s latest album, “Love Life”, dropped yesterday and it is the epitome for couples every where that need to re-spark their own love life or just add a little more spice to their romance.

From songs such as “Sandwich and a Soda” and “Chaise Lounge” there is a more spunky tone to the Tamia that we know. But it’s that feel good, different kind of spunk that you can role and that has been missing in a lot of mainstream music today.

Along with the spunkiness, there are also those songs that make you and your significant other just want to lounge back and reflect over all the ups and downs to see how far the two of you made it together. “Day One” is definitely that song of reflection and appreciation.
