Staying Fit During COVID-19

Gyms are closed all throughout the United States. Some are making do by working out in their own homes with what they have, others may be frustrated and confused on what workouts that they can do. Quarantine and isolation definitely does not stop you from trying to stay fit. You just have to be disciplined and you don’t need the gym to do that.
